All digits
Find a number such when the combined digits of its square and cube power
include all the digits from 0 to 9, once.
For example, 19 doesn't work because
192 and 193 gives the digits 1, 3, 5, 6, 6, 8, 9.
The digits 0, 2, 4, and 7 are missing and 6 is represented twice.
